We accept payment by Cheques and BACS in British Pounds and Euros only. Orders are processed upon receipt and goods will be shipped once cleared payment has been received by Create Automation. Please allow between 3 - 5 workings days for all payments to clear. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

| Delivery Times - orders received before 2PM will usually be processed and shipped the same day, where the product/products are in stock. Most orders received after 2PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Delivery times offered by Create Automation are for guidance only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. For time critical orders, please call our offices on 01623 792200.
Create Automation currently ships to the UK mainland only. If you reside outside of the UK mainland or in the EU, please call 01623 792200 for a quotation for delivery. |

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Create Automation as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return a product, you must notify Create Automation in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returns will only be accepted where the product is complete and in as new condition. The product must not have been used or installed and data must not have been inputted. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it. DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software must still be sealed. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.
Customers should arrange their own return courier. If, however, Create Automation are required to arrange pickup and return delivery of an item, the full cost of arranging that service will be deducted from the refunded amount. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery and, if applicable, the cost of return service within 7 days.
Please note special order items cannot be returned. Products returned which are not as new and in a resaleable condition will be returned to the customer or subject to a 25% re-stocking charge at the discretion of Create Automation. | In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Create Automation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Create Automation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Create Automation shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price. |

| The Create Automation online store automatically charges VAT at the standard rate(20%). If you are in the EU and are registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) in your country then you can provide your VAT number and we will not charge you any VAT. |
