The DoorBird is brought online in the local area network (LAN). Each tenant will then need to be on the same LAN or there own independent LAN in the apartment.

You set up a user for each tenant in the multi user systems and configure the authorizations for the user and assign a key/button code to this user. This is configured in the administration of the DoorBird App.

The tenant can be notified in the following ways that the apartment has been called from the main intercom:

1 - Push Notification to a smart phone via the DoorBird App.

2 - DoorBird IP door chime (A1061W).

3 - SIP call (a local SIP PBX is required)

4 - API/HTTP notification (to a integrated building management system)

This above functionality always requires an active internet connection.
