Q: Hello, the blurb says the cameras can be pre-configured to the wi-fi network, but I want to set up and try out the camera at my home before taking it to my mother’s apartment. Can the cameras be re-configured to different networks after initial set-up?

Q: My mum and dad sleep together even though mum has dementia. What I need is a camera/alarm that can go by the bedroom door so that if mum wanders it will alert me. The problem is I need to be able to switch off the camera/alarm so that if mum and dad get up in the morning it does not wake me.

Thank you for your question. To prevent being disturbed unnecessarily, you can easily schedule when the camera’s motion alerts are active. For example, you can enable alerts only during nighttime and turn them off during the morning when your parents wake up and start their day.
